Watershed Protection Program

Howard County Executive Ken Ulman announced today that the County’s Watershed Protection and Restoration Program is continuing with a project to repair a storm water pond on Old Mill Road in the vicinity of Millwick Drive in Ellicott City. The project will include replacement of the pond’s metal principal spillway with a new concrete spillway. The project is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, August 4. Read More >>
