Troy Park will Start Construction this Fall


Director of Howard County Parks and Recreation, Ken Ulman, says that work will begin on the park in September.  The project ran into a snag when a Tennis association pulled their funding.  Last year, there was $6.838 million dollars put in the budget to fund the park.



Scaggsville is an unincorporated community in Maryland.
